His commitment to excellence is reflected in the successful development and management of notable projects, including various office buildings such as Washington Federal, Riverwoods, and Century Square, as well as multi-family developments like Riverside, Draper, Traverse Mountain, and many more. Paul has also made significant contributions to the hospitality and retail sectors with projects like the Marriott Spring Hill Suites in Logan and Logan Crossroads Shopping Center.
Paul's journey in real estate is supported by his academic endeavors, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in American Studies from Utah State University. In addition, he holds several licenses, including a Utah Real Estate License, General Contractor's License, and Excavation License, underscoring his expertise and assurance to the industry's highest standards.
Beyond his professional achievements, Paul is deeply rooted in his community. He has served on the boards of various organizations, including the Red Cross Cache County Chapter and Logan Board of Realtors, where he also held the position of President. Paul resides in Mendon, UT, with his wife, Kim, and is a proud father of five children and a doting grandfather to 16 grandchildren.
