Alex Norr is a distinguished professional with over a decade of expertise in real estate acquisition and development. He has established himself as a prominent figure in the industry with a profound understanding of residential and commercial real estate opportunities.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Mountain States Property Management, Alex plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards growth and success. This role allows him to leverage his extensive experience in sourcing, underwriting, and evaluating real estate projects.

Alex's academic journey led him to earn a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. With a specialization in finance and real estate from the Illinois College of Business, he possesses a strong foundation in the significant financial aspects of real estate.

Before joining Mountain States Property Management, Alex held significant roles in the industry, including Vice President of Land & Development at Visionary Homes, where he managed acquisitions and entitlements for one of Utah's largest privately held residential builders. Additionally, he gained valuable experience in other positions ranging from being an adjunct professor in the urban studies and planning department at the University of California San Diego to a real estate economist.
